The vessel rises from a stepped, tapering square pedestal base through a flared basin — the form architectural in character, recalling the stonework of medieval ecclesiastical interiors. The fixed carrying handle terminates in a trefoil arch — a defining motif of Gothic ecclesiastical design. The flat reverse confirms original wall-mounted use. No maker's mark visible.
