RETURN & REFUND POLICY GENERAL TERMS All items are unique antiques and vintage pieces. We encourage careful review of photos and descriptions before purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns require prior authorization and must be sent via tracked, insured shipping. --- IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR MISREPRESENTED We want you to be completely satisfied. If your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from our description: 1. Contact us within 48 hours at fontainelondon.shop@gmail.com with photos 2. We will review and approve the return 3. We will provide a prepaid tracked return label with insurance 4. Pack the item securely and send it back using our label 5. Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund including original shipping within 14 days --- IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND (UK/EU CUSTOMERS ONLY) Under UK and EU Consumer Rights laws, you have 14 days from receipt to return items for any reason. 1. Contact us within 14 days at fontainelondon.shop@gmail.com 2. Wait for return authorization 3. Pack the item securely with bubble wrap and protective materials 4. Ship via tracked, insured service (Royal Mail Tracked or courier) 5. Email us the tracking number 6. Once received and inspected, we will refund the item price (excluding original shipping) within 14 days IMPORTANT: You are responsible for return shipping costs and safe packaging. Returns must include tracking number.
